Sea Island Wedding Weekend
Sea Island, Georgia, USAWhitney and Wilson celebrated their nuptials with the ultimate party weekend over four days on Sea Island. With 300 of their nearest and dearest on this privately-owned isle in Georgia, the couple kicked off the weekend with a BBQ welcome party at Rainbow Island. With sand dollar escort cards in hand, guests dined under twinkling lights while a country band by way of Nashville provided the soundtrack. At the couple’s request for a wild 80s dance party, Jessie’s Girl from NYC took the stage and guests sang and danced for hours and hours! The next day, the couple said their “I dos” under cascading blue flowers in the lobby of The Cloister, which we transformed into a cathedral. Guests enjoyed cocktails by the ocean before heading to the reception held in a tent turned ballroom on the beach. Following dinner and dancing was an afterparty like none other - “Seachella” - Whitney and Wilson’s own version of Coachella. Complete with a massive ball pit photobooth specially created for this event, and the couples’ favorite DJ Matoma, the party lasted all through the night. As one final farewell before their guests returned to the mainland, the newlyweds hosted a Sunday “Send Off” brunch where stories of this unforgettable weekend were already flowing
